About Us
Haleigh Cooks is a platform created by Haleigh Angelone to share her love of Italian cuisine and her passion for cooking.
Haleigh graduated from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in 2018 with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Restaurant Management and Italian Cuisine.
While studying at CIA Haleigh found her love for Italian Cuisine and even spent over 3 months in Puglia, Italy learning about the food and history of each region. Since graduation she has worked for a few Italian restaurants seeing how authentic Italian food is prepared and expanding her passion and love even further.
